- All domestic orders will be shipped via UPS and will be dispatched within two working days (Monday to Friday) following a confirmed order and a stock availability check. All shipping and delivery expenses are to be borne by the customer and are clearly indicated on the online purchasing form. If you have any special requirements or requests please let us know at the point of order so that we can attempt to accommodate. International orders will be shipped via FedEx or USPS depending on the preference of the customer. These conditions are subject to change without notice as currency and shipping rates are in constant fluctuation. In order to protect the seller and the integrity of Diesel Moto, all orders MUST be shipped to their respective billing addresses.

- Diesel Moto utilizes the latest security technology to protect your personal information. All information you submit to us is securely encrypted using industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. This process makes it extremely difficult for anyone else to access or decode the information. The information you provide us will remain confidential, will never be sold to anyone, and will only be used for shipping and billing purposes.
- Returns & Replacements
- We guarantee all merchandise to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. If a problem occurs, we will revalue or replace the item at our option and to your satisfaction within 30 days of the date of sale. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or shipping damage. We insure all of our shipments so please keep the original shipping box if you experience any damage or loss. If you experience any problems with the quality of our products, please contact us via email at returns@diesel-moto.com to initiate the return process . All other returns will be evaluated on a case by case basis and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Limitation of Liability
- In no event shall Diesel Moto or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to improper installation, use, and generally any other type of user error. Disclaimer: These products are designed and manufactured strictly for racing applications or incorporation on street machines which are used for racing or show. They are not intended for street use, and some products may, in some localities, be illegal for use on the street.
- Sales Tax Policy
- Due to the location of our facility, we are required by law to collect applicable tax on all shipments to Maryland or billed to a Maryland resident. No tax will be added to orders that are billed outside of Maryland and shipped to addresses outside of Maryland. If applicable, the appropriate tax will be automatically added to your order total.

- Although it's not essential to have an account to shop at Diesel-Moto.com, registering your details will allow you to:
